How to make easy and simpleng Pork Lomi Batangas Recipe.
This is how I usually cook my Lomi at home, because picky eaters ang mga kasama ko sa bahay. You can garnish ng mga fried(mas-masarap pag i-fried) Kikiam, liver, or fishball. Comfort filipino food masarap kainin pag malamig and raining days. ENJOY

INGREDENTS:
1 pack (400g) miki noodles
1/2 pound of pork
2 tbsp cornstarch add lukewarm 1/4 cup water (your desire thickness)
2-3 eggs

LOMI BROTH
oil (sauté)
3 gloves garlic (minced)
1 medium onion (minced)
1 chicken/pork cube
2.5 litres of hot water or beef, pork, chicken broth. Pinakuluan na pork or chicken buto-buto.
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1 tsp salt to suit your taste
1tsp black pepper to suit your taste

SEASONING:
5 calmansi or 1 lime or 1lemon
1-2 hot chilli pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce

*YOU CAN MAKE 2 PACKS OF MIKI NOODLES JUST ADD ANOTHER 2 LITRES OF WATER AND 1/4 CUP SOYSAUCE, SALT AND PEPPER TO SUIT YOU TASTE* for 5- 10 people

Naaalala ko when I was a kid in my hometown sa Lipa, my uncle had a small karenderya. I would watch him cook Lomi and gisado pansit. Thank you for watching!!!
